Paleo pot stickers (inside out)

I have been on a pot stickers kick lately and I  usually just buy store bought cook them then eat the inside lol. So I thought one day why don't I just make the filling myself with a side of ham fried cauliflower rice.

Magic happened in the kitchen tonight. I bought the amazing coconut aminos which is a paleo and vegan "soy" sauce. And began cooking.

Chopping away with a bag of mixed carrots, cabbage and broccoli
Next adding my ground turkey into my mixing bowl
Then adding diced onions garlic and my cabbage mix 
Dont forget about this magic sauce
Next mash that meat and veggies together like meatloaf

Grab some good quality olive oil for frying and add it to a hot pan

Using a tablespoon scoop meat out and fry away turning after 5 minutes 

After frying them place onto parchment lined baking sheet

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes

My husband says it smells like pot stickers and it sure does.

Serve with a side of ham fried cauliflower rice and coconut aminos!

Ingredients :

1pound ground turkey ( chicken or pork)
2 C cabbage carrot mix chopped fine
3TBS onion diced
2 tsp minced garlic 
1 TBS coconut aminos 
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
2 TBS extra virgin olive oil 

Directions:
Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl. Chop up cabbage,carrot, and broccoli mix very finely. Next dice up onion and garlic. Place everything with the ground turkey. Add coconut aminos and mash together. Next add salt. Heat pan and once hot add olive oil and start scooping your meat with a tablespoon and place into hot pan.  After about 5 minutes turn all the meat over.  Once frying is complete place onto prepared baking sheet. Cook in oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with a side of coconut aminos for dipping and enjoy!
