My family loves Chinese food. But do you honestly know what you're eating? I sure don't know if it's full of gmo, msg, gluten....etc.
My take on this is a little healthier and full of flavors.
Oven 325° 9x13 baking dish.
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken cubed
1/4 C ketchup
1/4 C raw honey
1/2 C coconut sugar
1/3 C Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs coconut aminos
1 tbs coconut oil
Optional- pineapple and veggies
In a mason jar mix vinegar, honey, coconut sugar, garlic powder, coconut aminos and ketchup. Shake well. In a skillet place coconut oil and turn on medium heat once hot add chicken and fry. Once the chicken is fully cooked add to 9x13 baking dish. Place veggies and pineapple then pour sauce over and bake for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice.
Can you smell it? No probably not, but I can.
